1. Introduction
Welcome to EF training. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (www.eftraining.co.uk) and your purchase or participation in any of our courses, training programmes, workshops or related services.
By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Us
EF training provides evidence-based training programmes focused on emotional resilience, compassionate communication, leadership development and workplace wellbeing for individuals and organisations.
3. Eligibility
By booking a course or using our services, you confirm that:

If booking on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to do so
4. Bookings and Payment
4.1 Course Bookings
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received or a written agreement has been entered into with an organisation.
4.2 Payment Terms
All fees are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full prior to course commencement unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
EF training reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Individual Bookings

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a refund minus an administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
5.2 Workplace Training Bookings
Cancellation terms for organisations will be outlined in the contractual agreement provided at the time of booking.
EF training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
6. Course Access and Participation
Participants are responsible for:

Ensuring they have appropriate technology and internet access for online training

Attending sessions punctually

Engaging respectfully with facilitators and other participants
EF training reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or harmful, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, frameworks, resources and branding are the intellectual property of EF training unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

Reproduce, distribute or share course materials

Record training sessions without prior written permission

Use our materials for commercial purposes
Materials are provided for personal or internal organisational use only.
8. Confidentiality
Where training involves discussion of personal or workplace experiences, participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared by others during sessions.
EF training will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
Our training is educational in nature and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
While EF training provides evidence-based approaches, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on individual application, organisational context and external factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EF training shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss

Loss of profits, business, revenue or opportunity

Any reliance placed on training materials or resources
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Changes to Services
EF training reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any course, programme or service at any time. Where changes materially affect a booked course, reasonable notice will be provided.
12. Amendments to These Terms
EF training may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
